Foundation of the Parish
The parish was established as a small chapel serving the early Catholic community of San Vicente, Gumaca — a humble beginning rooted in deep faith and devotion to St. Vincent.

As the congregation grew, the original structure was expanded to accommodate the increasing number of parishioners, with new spaces for catechesis and community gatherings.
Establishment of Parish Ministries

Biography
Fr. Ibarra M. Zoleta has dedicated his priestly life to serving the faithful with humility, wisdom, and pastoral care, bringing years of ministry experience to the Shrine of St. Vincent Parish.
